the saying ‘you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make them drink’ inspired me to write this !! it’s the fact that nobody else in my life can make me wanna change, only I have the power to change when i decide to. only when i decided i was sick & tired of feeling sick & tired did the magic happen!! it’s soooo hard to show up for yourself day in & day out, especially when the old version of me and my old habits are more comfortable and feel ‘safer’ and easier at times… but at what cost ?!
i’m grateful to have had people over the years who’ve taken me to the dam and helped me see the water - the potential of how good life can get. but more importantly i’m grateful for myself for actually drinking the water, and continuing to drink it every day 🫂💕

REJOICED over this car. Lol since I started taking music seriously a few years ago, my mum and I have had this running joke that one day I’ll buy her an orange Lamborghini like this one. I’ve never seen one irl and then yesterday I was driving to my friends house and literally around the corner from their house I saw this bad boi. I sent my mum a video saying if this isn’t a sign idk what is ?!!! I love having faith. I love the feeling of believing in myself and in the people around me. I love taking everything I see as a sign lol. It makes life SO much more enjoyable and isn’t that what it’s all about ?! ☀️
EATING pain au chocolat. We’ve been rehearsing at my friends rehearsal space and it just so happens to be on the same street as the studio I recorded my EP back in 2022 in with my other friends! The energy on that street is unmatched! The mems are everything !! Plus there’s this lil organic shop down the road where I used to ALWAYS get a choco croissant from so it’s been making me extra happy grabbing a croissant before rehearsals 🥐
